Auto accident

Happy new year everyone, with over 20 years of experience in the field of personal injury, I am very familiar with the rollercoaster of events that can happen when you are involved in an unfortunate accident.

Unexpected accidents continue every year and not only cause physical injury but can also produce emotional and psycological scarring and even death.

It is with that realization that accidents are very serious and victims of personal injury should be provided all the useful information to make the right decisions for their care.

Victims Fund Financial Accident Help

What Is the Victims' Fund?

The Victims' Fund is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide financial assistance to low-income Californian motorists when an underinsured or uninsured motorist causes a traffic accident for them.

The Victims' Fund will support qualified motorists with medical bills, funeral expenses, lost income, and other uncovered expenses related to the accident.

Why Did the Accident Guys Establish the Victims' Fund?

In 2020, auto accidents in California killed 3,563 people; before the coronavirus pandemic, automobile accidents were a leading cause of fatalities in the entire nation.

And studies have shown that the coronavirus pandemic has not significantly decreased the number of automobile accidents and fatalism; on the contrary, auto accidents spiked in many states during March 2020.

A survey performed by Safer America indicates that auto accidents cost Americans roughly $871 billion each year; since the survey was completed in 2010, it is safe to assume that the figure has risen significantly since then.

And 6,720,773 Californians live in poverty; being in an accident caused by an underinsured or uninsured motorist can be economically devastating for those struggling to afford necessities.

The Victims' Fund helps qualified motorists cope with the financial fallout associated with automobile accidents, which can dramatically reduce the emotional strain associated with the accident.

The Victims' Fund's Board of Directors

As of January 2021, the Victims' Fund's board of directors includes lawyers specializing in personal injury cases and a board-certified doctor specializing in internal medicine and endocrinology.

The board of directors has extensive experience in the laws that govern automobile accidents, the medical consequences of automobile accidents, and dealing with businesses and the media.

They combined their professional skills to establish the Victims' Fund to help those struggling to pay for costs associated with accidents caused by underinsured motorists.
